I’m Peter and I hope we can work together to get the results you are looking for.

As well as being a three-time New Zealand Ironman finisher, I have completed a number of marathons and countless other sporting events. Over the years I have spent numerous hours in the gym learning and my experience is backed by a Level 4 qualification from the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness. I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. That’s why I offer personalised training services tailored to your individual goals, whether it’s weight loss, body toning, or overall fitness improvement.

Why have a personal trainer?

For most people getting started and then sticking to a plan is the hardest part of having a healthy lifestyle to cope with the demands we face on a daily basis – believe me I have been there many times! Most of us face challenges that de-rail our efforts, it could be work, kids, sickness, stress or many other reasons that see our nutrition and commitment to the gym or being active waiver or stop all together.
That’s where I come in, I am here to help you stay on or get on track.

For example, in 2023 I deadlifted 200kgs and was able to squat 180kgs because I followed a plan and did my best to stay on track, not bad for a guy in his early 50s!

The most successful people and teams in the world all have coaches, trainers, or mentors to encourage, guide and help them achieve the results they are looking for. After a consultation with you I design a program based around your goals, lifestyle and time frames. To follow the program you simply download an app to your phone. Each exercise has videos and instructions to show how to perform it correctly, Results are recorded and can be measured to track progress. The consultation and initial program set up incurs a one off $40 fee.
